Michael DiLascia

Michael DiLascia brings a unique background spanning engineering, construction, commercial real estate, and private lending. Prior to joining Cardinal Capital Group, he served as a commercial real estate project manager in Connecticut.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, cum laude, from The University of Alabama, with a minor in Energy. He has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam and is a member of the Order of the Engineer. His technical foundation gives him a distinctive perspective on construction risk, project feasibility, and the complexities of real estate development.

At Cardinal Capital Group, Michael supports the underwriting and capital markets teams in the evaluation of real estate debt investments, as well as the trading and portfolio management of loan assets. By combining technical expertise with real estate and lending experience, he helps developers and investors navigate financing opportunities while contributing to the firm’s broader capital markets strategy.
