Jonathan Grobstein
Senior Analyst – Underwriting
Jonathan Grobstein brings a multidisciplinary background in real estate finance, investment, development, and environmental risk analysis. Prior to joining Cardinal Capital Group, he underwrote multifamily deals nationwide and previously worked in development identifying investment opportunities in Greater Boston.
He holds a BS in Business Administration and a Master’s in Earth & Environment from Boston University, where his thesis focused on geographic mispricing of environmental risk in real estate. Jon is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and a LEED Green Associate.
At Cardinal, he underwrites real estate debt investments, conducting in-depth financial and risk analyses to support strategic, risk-adjusted decisions.
