John Coury

John Coury is the Director of Investor Relations at Cardinal Capital Group, leading the firm’s capital raising, investor communications, and strategic partnerships. With more than 15 years in real estate capital markets, private credit, and investment banking, he has been involved in over $2 billion in transactions and plays a central role in expanding Cardinal’s investor base and institutional relationships.

Before joining Cardinal, John served as Head of Capital Markets and Strategic Partnerships at New Silver Lending, overseeing all debt and equity capital efforts and building relationships across the private credit ecosystem. His prior experience includes co-leading a cross-border commercial real estate firm focused on multifamily and commercial acquisitions in the U.S. and Canada, as well as originating and structuring transactions as Vice President at Axiom Capital Management in New York. His relationship-driven approach continues to support Cardinal’s growth as a leading private lending and investment platform.
