Dalton Spingler

Dalton serves as Vice President of Operations at Cardinal Capital Group, where he oversees the company’s Sales, Marketing, Lending, Asset Management, and Operations divisions. In this role, he is responsible for driving strategic growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the entire loan lifecycle—from origination through servicing.

With more than a decade of experience in finance, operations, and real estate lending, Dalton has played an integral role in Cardinal Capital Group’s rapid growth from a startup to one of the nation’s leading private real estate lenders. During his tenure, he has managed over $2 billion in real estate fundings while building scalable systems, strengthening operational infrastructure, and delivering exceptional service to borrowers, brokers, and capital partners. He leads cross-functional initiatives spanning technology, process improvement, organizational development, and business strategy, and developing the systems that support Cardinal Capital Group’s continued expansion.

Dalton holds a degree in Finance and Business, maintains a Massachusetts real estate license, and is a member of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR). His combination of financial expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision continues to help position Cardinal Capital Group for long-term growth and success.
